Sydney 32 Australian Championships
Congratulations to Dave Bull and his crew on Jester for winning the first Sydney 32 Australian Championship.
The regatta was held in conjunction with the JP Morgan Regatta and was run by Middle Harbour Yacht Club.
The Regatta was sailed over two days and consisted of two inshore races and two offshore races, which were fiercely contested among the six entries.
Jester has been very competitive during the past eleven months since being launched, and carried a new main and heavy genoa, which were made from Dimension Polyant Pentex Mylar sailcloth. Dave commented that he had superior boat speed and height over the other competitors which allowed him to capitalize on sticky situations.
This exiting new class is rapidly increasing in popularity and offers close competitive one design racing, and doubles perfectly as a family cruiser racer with all the comforts of home. Have a look at the Sydney Yachts website www.sydneyyachts.com.au
